Nigel Mapp set up MJ Mapp in 1998 which has become a market leader in the provision of commercial property management advice. The business now employs over 180 people within its property management and facilities management companies. Nigel is married to Nicky and has five children.

Andrew Carruthers

Andrew is the CEO of venture capital business NewMedia Spark with a large portfolio of new media businesses that have included lastminute.com and firebox.com. Prior to that he was involved in technology and finance as a Director or Founder of online information, TV and digital distribution companies in the US and UK. Andrew qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG. He was appointed to the Board of SPARK Ventures in September 1999.

Rosalind Kainyah

Vice President of External Affairs & CSR at Tullow Oil. Rosalind Kainyah joined Tullow Oil plc in June 2009 as Vice President of External Affairs and CSR. Previously, Ms. Kainyah served as Director of Public Affairs, USA for the De Beers Group. Prior to joining De Beers, she was a corporate lawyer at Linklaters, a major law firm in London, England.

Andrew McKinlay

Director, Global Marketing Operations & Agency Management at Nokia. Andrew has worked in marketing and advertising, on both on the agency and client sides. Having worked across most industries and internationally, he has specialised in the finance and technology sectors. Andrew is currently the director of global marketing operations and agency management at Nokia phone company.

Simon Downham

Trustee

Vicar of St Paul’s Hammersmith, and previously a solicitor in the city of London before studying theology and undergoing ministerial training at Wycliffe Hall in Oxford. He worked for five years at Holy Trinity Brompton before leading a church plant to St Paul’s in January of 2000. Simon is married to Anna and they have three daughters and one son.

Nick Grant

Nick is the CEO of Rock Design property development. He has been involved in property development for 15 years acquiring and managing both investment and development opportunities on behalf of investors. Most recently, Nick has just completed circa £20m worth of development in London and for the last four years has focused on the UK healthcare sector. A social entrepreneur himself, Nick set up Streetshine, a charity providing employment opportunities for the homeless in London.
