Tom Jackson is the founder and Chief Executive of Resurgo Trust. A former lawyer, he has been actively involved in neighbourhood transformation for over ten years. Tom was also a co-founder of the Centre for Social Justice.

Jo Rice is Chief Executive of Spear and COO of Resurgo Trust. Jo designed and ran the first Spear programme in Hammersmith in February 2004 and since then has overseen the development the project. Jo developed her passion for coaching while working as a personal development coach for a corporate change management consultancy supporting a range of blue-chip clients in Central London.

Iona is the Spear Director, overseeing our current Spear centres and helping build partnerships with local churches to open new centres. She previously worked as a Course Trainer at Spear, opening the Chelsea Centre in 2009 and managing the centre there until early 2011. Iona also completed a Diploma in Counselling in 2009 after a stint as a professional actress.

Julia Grant joined the team in October 2011 as Fundraising and Communications Manager. Julia has over six years’ experience working in both the national and international charitable sectors as well as in the publishing industry. Prior to joining Resurgo Trust, Julia was employed as a Major Donor and Corporate Partnerships Executive at International Development Agency, Tearfund.
